It was a disaster. They should not be allowed to advertise on this platform. Positive: The location. Negative: The bathroom window was broken and covered with plastic. The bathtub’s surface was peeled and it didn’t drain properly. Also, towel hangers were detached from the wall as was the toilet paper holder. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and there was a foul smell coming from there. Further, there was no dish washing detergent for the machine. The dining room had 2 broken chairs out of 4. The floor was stained also. No one cleaned it before I checked in. The staff was unresponsive.
