Positive: Location is great, only 5 mins away from Collins ave by car
Negative: Bathroom is in serious need of an upgrade, it's in really bad condition, it's clean but it's so old that looks dingy. The floors boards are water damages and some tiles may be coming out. It definitely looks bigger on the pictures then it actually is.

Alugamos para 5 pessoas e só acomodava 4.
Não tinha lençóis extra e nem sofá cama, louça só tinha 4, nem uma esponja para lavar as louças tinha .
Negative: O anfitrião não nos deu nem suporte.
Disse que ia mandar os lençóis e não bando é né respondeu mais . O anfitrião disse que ia devolver uma diária e não cumpriu . Temos vídeos
