Old apartment with good location Positive: Location is very good, 15 min to beach. Comfortable bed. Pool outside is clean with a beautiful view. Negative: The apartment is very very old. The doors and windows are dirty. Apartment is large but not cozy.

Very passable budget option in otherwise expensive area Positive: Great Location (Bay Harbor Islands, walkable/safe) Very budget-friendly vs. other options in the area Host was super attentive and (tried to) accommodate our check-in/check-out times (he even ordered a hot water kettle ahead of our stay) Spacious interior Getting in/out of the building was seamless Negative: The room felt quite outdated and rundown (apparently there are plans to demolish the whole building). This is probably the trade-off of being budget friendly Pipes are old and water in shower accumulated during each use Kitchen very limited Sheets/towels smelled clean but had stains - maybe spend a few dollars and get some new ones? that's an easy one. A/C system little tricky Old metal shutters on the window creaked a lot during a few of the windier nights Ceiling fans were almost not useable given they are so low-hanging and also noisy

Best bank for book with the location, cleanliness and size Positive: Great location, exceptionally clean, lots of space, nice balcony. Negative: The wall by the bathroom had peeling paint. The shower handle was partially broken. And the worst thing was the water wouldn’t get hot just warm in the shower, but the staff offered to send someone to take a look. My stay was only two days so I declined.
