Bay Harbor Sunset Apt 4B

Don't recommend Positive: Location Negative: Definately don't recommend this stay. It has safety and health matters. We had contact about the complaints and are told that it will be fixed (we have that prove on text) Well there wasn't anything fixed at all nor the intention. We didn't hear anything after that message till the day we checked out. Don't make promises if you can't make them true. Price-quality is not fair. Hope the things will be fixed for new guests to prevent bad reviews. These were the complaints: ○Annoying present nonstop sound of the dripping and leaking A/C. Also there is lot of water in bottem of the A/C filter and it is not cleaned in a long time. ○Water from the A/C dripped from the ceiling on the ground ○Very musty smell that is sooo present everywhere (probably the A/C) ○No batteries in the remotecontrol or findable so the tv is practically useless. We don't think it is expectable to fix batteries on our own costs because it is a basic facility. ○Some of the floortiles in bedroom are loose that caused stumble and tripping over ○Bathroomscreen is crooked and rusty so you can't close it properly ○Some of the slats in the bedroom are loose and some fell off when closing What bothers us the most is that the basics and safety are not good and the owners didn't reply.

Positive: Muy luminosa, cama y almohadas muy cómodas Negative: Estuvo todo muy bien. Le falta algo de equipamiento en la cocina, pero nada imprescindible
